Linda Golan: Managing Director and Co-Founder
Linda has worked in high tech, consulting and government and has a wide range of experience in strategy, business planning, and operations. Prior to founding Third Avenue, Linda worked at Sun Microsystems in various groups including Services, Strategy/ Planning, Marketing, and Sales. Before joining Sun Microsystems, Linda was a management consultant at Deloitte, KPMG, and AT Kearney. While at KPMG and AT Kearney, she helped lead the practice development in Eastern Europe and Former Soviet Union countries. She has also worked as an advisor to U.S. State Department/ USAID on privatization of state assets in Hungary and Russia immediately after the break up of Soviet Union. Linda has extensive international experience and has lived in Russia, Hungary and India. Linda graduated from U.C. Berkeley with highest honors and received an MPP from Harvard University. She lives in San Jose with her husband and their two children, ages 4 and 1. During her spare time, she is training for a 100 mile bike race.

Jennifer Holmstrom: Managing Director and Co-Founder
Jennifer has a background in the high technology industry having worked in Marketing, Alliances, Channel Sales and Corporate Communications for Silicon Graphics and Plumtree Software. At Plumtree she led global alliances with Accenture, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and IBM Global Services. She has also worked as a management consultant focused on activity mapping, change management and systems implementation for Deloitte Consulting in San Francisco. Jennifer founded the non-profit organization Honoring Each Life Preventing Suicide, which won the Metropolitan Life Award for Suicide Prevention in Canada. Jennifer has an MBA from U.C. Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Jennifer lives in Berkeley, CA with her husband and her twin, 2 year old girls.
